What is the Dollar Driver Club (DDC)?
DDC brings the best technology to golfers in a more affordable way—through a monthly subscription. We offer the latest drivers for a flat rate of $30 a month.
Is there a membership fee?
The only fee is the monthly charge for the driver you have selected—That’s it!
Are the DDC drivers new?
Yes. All drivers are new and shipped to you directly from DDC and carry a full manufacturers warranty.
How long will it take to get my driver?
All orders ship from Austin, Texas and will be UPS standard ground.
When will my driver ship out?
In most instances, your order will ship out the same day if ordered before 2pm central time (Monday through Friday)as long as the member has been verified. Orders placed after 2pm central time will ship out the next business day (Monday through Friday). Orders placed after 2pm on Friday will ship the following Monday.
When am I charged for the driver?
You are charged for the first month when you place your order. Then, you will be charged monthly according to the terms of service agreement.
Is there a minimum commitment?
There is a minimum membership period of three months.
How do I return the driver?
If you are upgrading, you will receive a prepaid shipping label with your new driver to return the old driver. If you are cancelling, you simply ship the driver back to us using the prepaid shipping label that we will provide via email.
Can I exchange the driver for a different product?
DDC gives members the flexibility to help you find the perfect driver for your game. After 3 months, you can switch drivers without additional charge. All members receive one upgrade every 12 months.
What happens if I damage or lose the club?
If the damage exceeds what is covered under the manufacturer's warranty or you lose the driver, you are responsible for the full price of the driver as well as any additional fees that me be applicable.
Is there any type of guarantee and/or warranty?
Yes, the original manufacturer’s warranty applies. If anything happens to the club, let us know and we will send out a replacement immediately (in most cases).
Why would I not just buy a new driver?
Purchasing a new driver requires a significant up front investment and a risk of obsolescence. Our subscription model lets you pay a flat monthly rate and upgrade every year.
Do I have the option to purchase my driver after one year if I want to keep it?
What happens to returned drivers?
DDC donates a portion of its returned clubs to golf related charities which support veterans and junior golf.
Do you ship internationally?
No, currently we only ship to continental US, Hawaii & Alaska
Can I change the grip out?
We encourage you to put whatever grip you normally play on the driver.
How do I exchange drivers?
Members can upgrade once every 12 months. You simply place a new order for the driver you want and we will include a prepaid shipping label with your order to return the old driver. Do you verify my identity?
Yes, We require identity verification for all new members. You will be emailed a link after placing your order to verify yourself.
What is the retail price of the Driver.
The retail price is set by the manufacturer.

How many drivers can i order at once?
As a new member, you're allowed to order one driver per account.
