How do I become a member?
We offer two budget friendly payment options. You can pay $199.99/Year or jump-in at just $29.99/Month. Both options will give you the same access to our membership and perks with one small difference–the $29.99/Month payment option has an initial introductory period of 6 months before gaining access to our driver subscription program. If you select the $199.99/Year option, you’ll gain immediate access to sign up and purchase a driver subscription should you choose!
I was a member in the past, and now it's not allowing me to login successfully?
Maybe you're a past member or current member who joined prior to the launch of the new membership experience. If so, we've made some changes that impacted some login credentials. Not to worry! You'll simply need to create an account using those same login credentials from before. Once you've created the account with your login credentials and activated your account, you'll be all set to access your membership dashboard. Need help? What's included in the new member welcome gift?
As a new first time member, we will send you a custom bag tag with your name engraved, a custom stamped ball mark with your initials, Custom wooden DDC Golf tees, Stickers and a welcome card from the Founder of DDC–Tyler Mycoskie.
How do I gain entry into the quarterly and yearly giveaways?
Paying members who maintain an active membership status will automatically be entered into each giveaway. Additional ways to enter will be detailed in each giveaway and its respective terms and conditions of participation.
Annual DDC golf tournament and events
Paying members who maintain an active membership status will automatically gain access to participate in DDC hosted events such as our annual golf tournament and/or social gatherings. Participation is completely voluntary and not a requirement. Members must have an active paid membership at the time of the event to participate and there may be additional costs associated with participation such as airfare, lodging, meals, etc to which you may incur to attend these fun events! Additional ways to participate and official event details will be outlined in the event specific terms and conditions as they become available.
How does the driver subscription program work?
Simply put, you’ll play a brand new driver every year and send back the previous year's driver. Kind of like upgrading your phone to the newest iPhone each year–and you’ll save a bunch of money in the process! When you’re ready to upgrade drivers, you’ll submit an upgrade swap request conveniently from your membership dashboard. We will then email you a UPS prepaid return shipping label for your convenience in sending back your current DDC driver.
Once your return has been handed over to the carrier and is in transit back to us, we will process the order for your new driver!
Are the drivers new?
Yes, the driver you will receive through our driver subscription program is brand new and we source them directly from the manufacturer.
Is there any type of guarantee and/or warranty on the driver?
Yes, the original manufacturer’s warranty applies. If anything happens to the club, let us know and we will assist you with your options. We do expect the drivers to be returned with what we deem normal wear and tear from playing golf.
What happens if I damage or lose the club?
If the damage exceeds what is covered under the manufacturer's warranty or you lose the driver, you are responsible for the full price of the driver as well as any additional fees that may be applicable. We do expect the drivers to be returned with what we deem normal wear and tear from playing golf.
Can I change the grip out or make modifications to the driver?
We offer a handful of great grip options; however, if we don't have what you’re looking for – we encourage you to put whatever grip you normally play on the driver once you receive it. In addition, if you need to make length adjustments – you may do so from the grip end of the shaft up to +/- 1” inch. We kindly ask that you have this work performed by a certified golf club technician and we will not reimburse you for fees incurred to make said modifications.
What is a shaft swap and how does it work?
Unique to DDC, you’ll be able to swap out driver shafts if you have an active driver subscription. This is an amazing benefit to our subscribers as the shaft takes center stage in the performance of any given golf club.
Am I required to purchase a driver subscription?
No, absolutely not! The ability to purchase a driver subscription is simply one of the many amazing benefits of joining the Dollar Driver Club.
Can I purchase a driver subscription without a membership?
No, if you wish to participate in the driver subscription program, you do need to purchase and maintain an active membership.
How long will it take to get my driver after purchasing a subscription?
As a general guideline, the typical turnaround time for delivery is around 10-15 business days from the date of purchase. Most times, much quicker! It’s important to note, this is an estimate and may vary depending on availability. If you need a more specific timeline regarding a specific item or custom club–feel free to contact our golf expert team directly. We ship UPS ground and cannot deliver to a P.O. Box address.
Do you ship internationally?
No, currently we only ship to continental US, Hawaii & Alaska.
How many driver subscriptions can I have at once?
To keep things simple, DDC members are allowed to maintain only one active driver subscription under their account. If you wish to have multiple driver subscriptions concurrently, you will need to purchase additional and separate memberships.
I purchased a driver subscription and the driver I selected is not a good fit – help?
If you’re not sure what driver is best for your game, we always suggest getting in touch with one of our golf experts in customer service. We will be happy to help guide you through some basic fitting tips and make recommendations for you based on your specific golf swing, needs and preferences. In the event you’re simply unhappy with the driver you received–let us know! We will do everything we can to help troubleshoot the issues and ensure you’re satisfied with your experience.
Can I cancel my driver subscription?
Yes, canceling is easy and we offer a few different cancellation options for your convenience and flexibility. Please note: Our driver subscription fees are non-refundable; however you can send your DDC driver back to cancel at any time. If you’ve reached the end of your yearly subscription term and would like to cancel – you can either ship the driver back to conclude your subscription or purchase the driver outright. To purchase and keep your driver, you can submit an ownership request right from your membership dashboard – and we will send you an email invoice for the remaining balance. The balance is calculated by taking the full original retail price of your equipment and subtracting the amount you paid for the driver subscription tier you selected for that driver. Once the balance has been paid in full, the driver is yours to keep and your driver subscription will be concluded – of course you can always purchase a new driver subscription to re-up!
Can I cancel my membership?
Yes, you can cancel your membership at any time – unless you have an active driver subscription. Membership fees are non-refundable. To cancel your membership, please contact our team at email@example.com
In the instance you purchased a driver subscription; it’s still active, and you’re still in possession of the equipment – you will need to take action to conclude your driver subscription before you’re eligible to cancel your membership and any future charges.
